At Sand Cherry Manor, we are able to provide direct medical care for residents that many other facilities cannot. Patients have physician and nurse access through our 24/7 house call program.

Hoyer Lift and Stair Lift available for residents who need extra help with mobility.
Hospice Care
Kind and caring end-of-life care for patients with Hospice-level medical requirements. Reducing pain and ensuring their comfort is our highest priority.
Respite Care
Respite stay is available. Your loved ones can stay at our Assisted Living facility for up to 60 days with no long-term commitment.
Catheter and Colostomy Care
Catheter and Colostomy cleaning, changing, maintenance, and irrigation.
Tracheostomy Care
Routine Tracheostomy maintenance and cleaning as well as medically supervised tube changes at recommended intervals.
Diabetic Care
Diet, insulin management, including sliding scale.
Feeding Tubes
Feeding tube filling, changing, cleaning, and maintenance.
Oxygen Support
Safety precautions and equipment coordination for residents on oxygen. Nasal cannula, face mask, and transtracheal catheter accommodated.
Open Wounds and Bed Sores
Management of open wounds, including superficial, as well as deep/decubitus ulcers.
